Viewing Your Schedule/Accessing Your Account

Calendar's will be loaded in within a few weeks. Schedules will be provided by your coach for the first week or so, or until parity games are complete.

Accessing Your Schedule

View from Team Page
Navigate to your team page from the Teams button on the main navigation of the website. Once on your team page, the upcoming events will be displayed. To see your full schedule, click the ‘View All’ link below this list.

View from Calendar Page
Select Calendar from the main navigation of the website. Scroll to the bottom right of the calendar and click ‘Show Tag Menu’. You can select the tag for your player’s team. If you want to see multiple teams at once, select all that you would like to view. Close the tag menu and you will see the full calendar update to show just the teams you’ve chosen.

From The App:
Download the Sports Engine app from the app store on your mobile device. Once it’s downloaded just search for your team name and Walpole Express in the app (or use the team ID # listed in the upper right corner of your team page on the website). You can add the team in the app and it will show the schedule, roster, chat room, etc.

Subscribe
You can subscribe to the calendars on your mobile device or Outlook Calendar. Simply select the tags that you want from the calendar and then click the iCal link at the bottom of the calendar (or bottom of the Upcoming Schedule list on your team page). Updates made to your team schedules will be updated on the device you have subscribed with. (When your schedule subscription refreshes depends on the refresh frequency you have set up in your phone/outlook/google calendar.)

Manage Your Account

The Express website is hosted by Sports Engine. Your profile used on this site can also be used for any other Sports Engine site you are a member of. To access your account, scroll to the bottom of walpoleexpress.com, click on Account Login, and sign in with the account you used to sign up your player.

Manage Player Profile
Click on Household from your account. Here you will see your player’s account. If there are duplicates, you can drag one on top of the other to merge them. If you need to update information, you can click into a profile and update from there. Please do not unsubscribe from email communications. If you do, you will not receive important emails that are sent from the Express website, and you will not get notifications sent from your team coaches.

Adding Guardians/Additional Email Address
From the same Household > Profile area as above, you can add a Guardian to your player’s profile. This will allow them to receive emails sent from the Express website and/or from your individual team.

See/Update Your Billing Information
If you need to update a payment method, you can do that from the Bills tab by clicking the order number and entering the new information. Your next payment will be taken when you enter this information, and remaining payments will come out automatically on the due date.
