EHL: Lebel Commits to Lake Forest

Will Lebel

Walpole, MA - Quebec native Will Lebel, in his first season with the Walpole Express, has committed to Lake Forest College in the very competitive NCHA for the fall of 2018. Lebel, a 19 year old 6'4 power forward, was recognized for his goal scoring ability this past season as he netted 22 goals to go along with his 29 assists in 45 regular season games.

“Will was a great addition for the Express this past season. His hard work and dedication to his game paid off big time as he was able to double his goal total from one year ago," says Coach Lounsbury. "He's a great team guy and a great young man who will be hard to replace. I know he will have a successful college career for the Foresters."

"I'm extremely excited for the opportunity to play NCAA hockey at Lake Forest College. I am also very thankful for the support I received from my family friends and teammates over the years. A special thanks to Coach Lounsbury and the Walpole Express for making this dream possible," said Lebel.

The Express would like to wish Will and his family best of luck next season at Lake Forest.
