(Walpole, Mass) -- New Walpole Express General Manager and Junior B Head Coach Tony Dalessio was named to the coaching staff for USA Hockey's upcoming 2008 Boy's Select-14 Player Development Camp to be held in Rochester, N.Y. from July 12-18. The prestigious, invitation-only camp brings together the country's best 14-year-old players for an intensive week of on- and off-ice skill building. It also provides an opportunity for the young men to learn from some of the nation's most accomplished and respected coaches.

"This is an exciting opportunity for one of our Walpole Express coaches to help up-and-coming players reach their potential, as well as gain valuable exposure for our growing organization," said Express Head Coach Mark Kumpel. "I know Tony will have a great week coaching and interacting with these talented players. And any new training techniques he may pick up by working closely with some of the camp's other top coaches could in turn benefit our own players."

The camp will be held at the ESL Sports Centre, the premier family ice sports complex in the Greater Rochester area. The complex features four NHL-size rinks, as well as a full-service sports grill and snack bar, and a pro shop. In addition to hosting the boy's camp, the ESL Sports Centre will also host the Girl's Select 14 Player Development Camp, set for July 19-25, and the Girl's Select 15 & 16 Player Development Camp on July 25 - August 1.
